At www.gorkemtattoo.com, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Before booking an appointment, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Age and Consent:
It is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 under The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969.
We strictly enforce a 'no under 18s' policy. Babies and children are not allowed in the studio premises.
You'll be required to fill out a consent form at your appointment, providing details about your health conditions and medications. Certain conditions may prevent us from tattooing you.
Health and Skin Conditions:
If your skin shows signs of inflammation, damage, or infection on the appointment day, we cannot proceed with the tattoo.
Please inform us of any existing skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.
Pregnancy and Medical Procedures:
We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Maintain a minimum 2-week gap between your tattoo and any vaccines, including Covid or Flu vaccines.
Allow at least 4 weeks between your tattoo and minor cosmetic procedures, dentistry, or minor injuries.
Artwork and Designs:
We do not replicate artwork or tattoos by other artists without proof of permission from the original artist.
Your finalized tattoo design will be revealed on the appointment day, drawn in the artist's style. Review our artists' portfolios beforehand to ensure compatibility.
Consultation and Consent:
External consultation during the appointment, especially involving friends or family, is not allowed. Your decision-making process must be independent and uninfluenced.
If you plan to use numbing cream, inform us in advance. Failure to do so might result in appointment cancellation.
Booking and Deposit:
The deposit is non-refundable.
Once the deposit is received, we'll mutually agree on the appointment date and time. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
